ISEE at Ridiculous Levels

ISEE is at extreme levels off the open. A normal number here is between 100 and 150, and it's at 310! Of course, the options market is thinly traded at this time of the day, so this is going to go lower, but it does show a level of optimism I've never seen before. Even if the market goes higher, I would be suspicious about how long it could last in the coming days if these numbers hold into the close.
